About the Role
Saebo, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Customer Service Coordinator to join our team! In this hands-on role, you'll serves as the primary liaison between customers, dealers, the warehouse, and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently from receipt through fulfillment.
This position is responsible for coordinating customer communications with some of our distributors, reviewing purchase orders, preparing quotations, managing order documentation, and providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for certain dealer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails and customer communications.
- Review purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, pricing, and shipping requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and freight quotations as requested.
- Coordinate order processing and monitor orders from receipt through shipment.
- Communicate order status, product availability, backorders, and shipping updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer, order, and shipment records within company systems.
- Prepare and distribute order acknowledgements, shipping documents, and related paperwork.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to resolve order issues and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Identify and escalate pricing discrepancies, shipment concerns, and customer issues while ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods and work in a warehouse environment
Preferred Skills
- Associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, logistics, or warehouse administration preferred.
- Problem solving and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with parcel and freight shipping platforms (UPS, Fedex, LTL/TL)
