$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Total compensation of $85,000–$102,000 annually (base salary + monthly bonus opportunities)

Responsibilities:
The Behavior Analyst works under the supervision of the Lead BCBA and as part of team of Behavior Analysts, clinicians, and therapists/Technicians to provide a range of Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) assessments and clinical services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities.

Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and functional assessment measures

Develops individualized, evidence based, culturally sensitive goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs

Designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data

Ensures appropriate behavior data collection systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individualized data driven goals and objectives

Trains and supports behavior therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems

Conducts regular parent training and consultation, per prescribed plan

Writes 3- or 6-month concurrent reports for insurance companies

Participates in weekly clinical meetings

Participates in monthly staff-wide trainings

Agrees to complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week. If not consistently met, 30 days (thirty) to achieve this standard before a transition to part time status occurs.

Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers
-
Completes documentation of services in a timely manner

Qualified Behavior Analysts supervise RBTs
-
Remains current regarding research and evidence-based practices
-
Completes competency assessments for RBTs per HealthPro Pediatrics policy timelines

Competently delivers services via telehealth, when necessary
-
Maintains accurate and up to date “CAQH” profile and NPI
-
Collaborates and coordinates care with other evidenced based disciplines, medical providers, educators

Completes and maintains all mandatory in-house trainings, including telehealth, within the corresponding organization policy timeline
-
Maintains electronic data collection system and stores all assessments, treatment plans, behavior plans, concurrent reports, etc. in the EMR
-
Additional tasks, as assigned by supervisor.

Completes accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system

Strictly adheres to Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s “The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts”.

Follows guidelines set forth in the Council of Autism Service Providers’: “Applied Behavior Analysis Treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder: Practice Guidelines for Healthcare Funders and Managers”.

Related Training:
- Responsible for completing and maintaining all required certifications and trainings once employed including, but not limited to: CPR, Fingerprinting & Background Checks, SafetyCare® training, HIPAA, Infection Control, telehealth standards, BCBA trainings and other company in-services and trainings as directed by employment supervisor.
Physical Requirements
