Full Job Description

Position Purpose

Provide exceptional service and support to clients, producers, and their representatives by resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and processing transactions efficiently and accurately. Serve as an advocate for client satisfaction while maintaining a professional and positive experience at every interaction.

What You’ll Do

Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, web requests, and written correspondence
Resolve client and producer issues while taking ownership of customer requests and transactions
Deliver professional, high-quality service to both internal and external customers
Maintain and apply knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and procedures
Document client interactions and prepare clear, professional communications and reports
Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives
Support departmental quality, productivity, and service goals
Collaborate with team members and assist with special projects as needed

What You Bring

1–2 years of life insurance or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and customer advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technology tools
College degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Contact center or call center experience
In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and contracts
ACS, ALMI, or FLMI designation, or willingness to complete required LOMA courses
Bilingual in English and Spanish
