About this position: SATCOM Helpdesk Technician Location – Aberdeen, MD

Wage/Salary Range: 93k

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Exceptional Customer Service

Basic Government Computer Connectivity troubleshooting

Have network troubleshooting skills and knowledge of networks

Have technical documentation skills

Have communication and interpersonal

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent

4 years I IT customer support
