Full Job Description

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) | North Idaho | ~45 mins from Post Falls

Tuesday – Friday | 4x10s | $43.00 – $55.00/hr | Benefits 100% Employer Paid | New Hygienists Welcome

This is a clinic in North Idaho that has figured out how to take care of its people — and it shows in how long they stay.

The Role

A patient-first practice that prioritizes quality over volume. Sixty-minute appointment slots, up to 9 patients on a 10-hour shift, and appointment length guided by actual patient need — not a booking target. A broader clinical team provides support when available, and scheduling flexibility can be discussed based on your situation.

Schedule: Tuesday – Friday | some Saturdays available
Shift: 10 hours, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $43.00 – $55.00/hr — hygienists can modify their schedule to increase encounters and grow bonus earnings

What You Need

Active Idaho RDH license or actively in the process of obtaining one — required
Local anesthesia certificate — required (Idaho state requirement)
Current CPR/BLS certification — required
COVID-19 vaccination — required, no exceptions
New hygienists welcome
Comfortable commuting approximately 45 minutes from Post Falls — employee carpool available
