This role is 100% commission-based, offering an exciting opportunity for self-driven sales professionals to leverage their expertise in technology sales, business development, and B2B relationships to help grow their business from the ground floor! As a key player in expanding their client base, you will identify, engage, and close new MSP accounts. Your proactive approach and exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in building lasting partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify new MSP prospects and expand existing accounts.
- Engage in warm/cold outreach and networking to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Present initial compelling proposals that highlight the value of their IT services, emphasizing benefits such as security, efficiency, and scalability.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals while maintaining professionalism and transparency throughout the process.
- Manage ongoing account relationships through effective account management practices ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, organization, and presentation skills capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated success in business development activities including cold calling, warm calling, and networking.
- Ability to motivate oneself and influence others positively while approaching client interactions with a service mindset.
