We are expanding our presence in the Cincinnati/Loveland market and are seeking an experienced Cabinet Designer / Sales Professional to join our growing team.

Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cabinet Sales & Design professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in cabinet sales and design, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to work with homeowners, contractors, builders, and interior designers.
Existing industry relationships and local market knowledge are highly valued.
ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
- Work directly with customers in the showroom, by phone, and via email
- Understand customer needs and recommend cabinetry solutions
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Generate and close new sales opportunities
Cabinet Design & Consultation
- Create cabinetry layouts and design solutions using 2020 Design or similar software
- Assist customers with product selections including styles, finishes, hardware, and layouts
- Present designs and proposals professionally and confidently
Relationship Building & Business Development
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, remodelers, and interior designers
- Develop repeat business and referral opportunities
- Network within the Cincinnati market to grow brand awareness and sales opportunities
Order & Project Management
- Manage projects from quote through delivery and installation coordination
- Ensure accurate ordering and communication with vendors and customers
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous cabinet sales and design experience required
- Experience with kitchen and bath cabinetry preferred
- Proficiency with 2020 Design software preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven personality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Knowledge of local Cincinnati building and design market is a plus
