Sales Coordinator

Location: Santa Maria, CA

Starting Pay: $18.50/hr

Schedule: Full Time

Are you looking to join a team that values your skills and offers a path to grow your career? Select Staffing is hiring a Sales Coordinator supports daily sales operations by ensuring orders, invoices, shipments, and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and process customer orders accurately.

Verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate and track shipments and deliveries.

Work with multiple departments to provide administrative support.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

Perform data entry and maintain records.

Sort and distribute incoming mail.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent attention to detail.

Effective communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in data entry and office software.
