Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining area.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Skills:
- Experience in food service and using Aloha POS or similar systems preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in upselling techniques to increase sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with OpenTable or reservation systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
