We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team, working closely with the Administrative Team and our Day Program to ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of our office and programs.

Core Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Manage daily open office operations, including organizing documents, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a tidy and productive workspace.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative and clerical support to the executive and management teams, assisting with special projects as needed.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee and resident records, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
- Correspondence and Communication: Handle professional communication, including drafting emails, managing phone calls, and serving as a key point of contact for external parties.
- File Organization: Develop and maintain an efficient and secure filing system for all company documents.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties assigned, contributing to the overall communication, efficiency and success of the organization.
Requirements:
- 2 years of professional office management or administrative experience is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent professional written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms and Calendar) is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate: based on experience and education.
- $500 Signing Bonus: Upon completion of 500 hours (approximately three months at full-time) of work.
- Benefits Package: Includes a 3% employer-matched Simple IRA after 6 months of employment.
- Vacation: Flexible Generous Paid Time Off after 3 months of employment ( accrue up to 3 weeks annually).
- Holidays: Earn time and a half for working on any of the ten designated holidays.
