Blue Steele Recruiting is partnering with a respected sign and graphics company in the Mesa, Arizona area to identify an experienced Vehicle Wrap Installer.

What You'll Do
As a Vehicle Wrap Installer, you'll help transform vehicles into professional, eye-catching mobile advertisements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
Responsibilities include:
- Install full vehicle wraps, partial wraps, vinyl lettering, decals, fleet graphics, and color-change wraps.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, measuring, trimming, and positioning graphics for accurate installation.
- Produce clean, bubble-free installations with exceptional attention to detail.
- Review artwork and installation layouts before beginning each project.
- Perform quality inspections before completed vehicles are released to customers.
- Remove and replace damaged vinyl when needed.
- Assist with laminating, cutting, weeding, sign production, and other shop responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with designers, production staff, and project managers to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional vehicle wrap or vinyl installation experience
- Experience installing full commercial vehicle wraps
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to lift materials, work on ladders, and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a commercial sign or graphics shop
- Experience installing fleet graphics, wall graphics, window graphics, or architectural vinyl
- Current 3M Preferred Installer Certification (preferred, not required)
- Current Avery Dennison Certification (preferred, not required)
