Pay & Assignment Details

Pay: $19.50 per hour
Contract Length: 13 weeks (with potential to extend)
Schedule: Night Shift (varies by facility)
SHIFTS AND DAYS VARY BY FACILITY
Start Date: ASAP
Please Note: Overtime is generally not permitted. Travel, lodging, and housing are not provided or reimbursed.What You’ll Do
Monitor patients and the treatment environment to ensure active participation in care
Respond promptly and appropriately to patient needs
Report changes in patient behavior or condition (e.g., agitation, vital signs, eating/sleeping patterns) to the RN/Charge Nurse
Support patients during behavioral crises using approved intervention techniques (e.g., suicidal ideation, aggression, elopement)
Assist with emergency medical care when needed
Help patients with daily living activities such as meals and grooming
Encourage participation in therapeutic programs and activities
Work closely with clinical staff to support patient progress and safety
