My client is a 16-year-old commercial litigation boutique with a national practice and a fully virtual, highly collaborative platform. The firm is seeking a California-licensed attorney with 2+ years of substantive civil or commercial litigation experience.
This is a fully remote role handling a specialized commercial docket for institutional clients. The position is a strong fit for a litigator who enjoys case ownership, motion practice, client communication, deadlines, and practical problem-solving in a structured but flexible environment.
The firm has spent more than 15 years building a remote platform that allows attorneys to work independently while still having regular access to partners and colleagues. Attorneys are not micromanaged, but they are supported.
Requirements include California bar admission and at least two years of meaningful civil or commercial litigation experience. CA state litigation experience is required.
The standard track is approximately 1,800 billable hours. For the right candidate, the firm may also consider a lower-hour track closer to 1,600 billable hours, with compensation adjusted accordingly.
The position offers a strong compensation package, including a competitive base salary, bonus potential, health benefits, and a 401(k) with a 3% contribution.
