Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Restoration Project Manager to oversee mitigation and restoration projects from start to finish while also supporting our business development efforts. This hybrid role combines project execution and sales responsibilities, ensuring seamless communication with clients and the generation of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:Project Management
- Coordinate mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction projects including scheduling crews, vendors, and equipment.
- Conduct on-site inspections and document damages using IICRC protocols and insurance-compliant software.
- Communicate job status updates to customers, adjusters, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate job documentation including work authorizations, estimates, photos, and scope of work.
Sales & Client Relations
- Conduct initial consultations and build trust with property owners, adjusters, and property managers.
- Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and referral partners.
- Create and present detailed estimates, explain scope of work, and close restoration contracts.
- Represent SunTrust Restoration at networking events and industry-related functions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in property restoration, construction, or related field.
- IICRC Certifications (WRT, AMRT, FSRT, etc.) preferred or willing to obtain.
- Strong understanding of Xactimate or other industry-standard estimating software.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
