Role Description -
Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Profisee MDM solutions The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Profisee MDM and Microsoft Fabric, with a strong background in MDM, data architecture, data governance, and cloud-based data ecosystems.
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- 10+ years of MDM Implementation experience (1-2 implementation of Profisee essential)
- 10+ years in Data Architecture / Data Modeling
- Data modeling of dimensional + master/reference data
- Strong Expertise (5+ years) in Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory.
- Microsoft Fabric implementation experience
- Strong SQL skills with large-scale data
Critical Functional Experience
- End-to-end data architecture design for MDM
- Master and reference data modeling
- Complex hierarchies and taxonomies
- Power BI-ready data structures
- Data governance and quality frameworks
What Good Looks Like
- Built scalable MDM enterprise solutions
- Owned MDM architecture design
- Integrated MDM with other data and analytics platforms (Profisee MDM)
- Microsoft Fabric implementations
- Guided engineering and BI teams
Nice-to-Have
- Enterprise governance frameworks
- Large organization experience

- Only ETL developer/Data Engineer
- No MDM or reference data experience
- No Synapse/Fabric experience
- Weak data modeling background or architecture work
