This person will work collaboratively with internal departments, customers, and vendors with a willingness to take the bull by the horns—and has fun doing it.

The person we hire will be responsible for:
- Living the Systemax values and WOW-ing customers, vendors, and co-workers, and inspiring these values in others
- Communicating effectively and in a timely manner with clients and vendors
- Preparing Quotes
- Taking phone calls
- Handling special projects as assigned
- Entering custom jobs
The right candidate should have:
- A steadfast passion for customer service
- A reliable, supportive, optimistic, and happy nature
- The drive to self-direct, self-start, be proactive, and appropriately reorganize priorities calmly, confidently, and effectively in a dynamic, fast paced and changing environment.
The ability to approach tasks strategically with the following:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time-management abilities
- Basic knowledge of decoration methods (e.g. embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer)
- Basic knowledge of apparel products, categories, and industry terminology.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma (more education is cool too!)
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in basic math skills to accurately calculate pricing.
- Sound understanding that there is no ‘I’ in team (cliché—but oh so true)
