We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Set-Up/Lead CNC Machinist - Milling to join a leading Company located in the Portland, CT surrounding area.
Salary: $59,800 - 95,680
Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce tight-tolerance aerospace components

Read blueprints/GD&T, perform inspections during setup, and verify dimensions throughout production

Maintain equipment, troubleshoot machining issues, and ensure consistent, high-quality production flow
Basic Hiring Criteria:

Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience (aerospace preferred) with prior Set-up/Lead Machinist experience

Strong GD&T, shop math, blueprint reading, and precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators)

Experience with CNC setups, troubleshooting multi-axis machines, and quick change systems

Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to perform layout/in-process inspection during setup
