Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays an important role in sourcing prospective candidates, conducting initial outreach, coordinating interview scheduling, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Source prospective candidates using approved recruiting platforms and outreach strategies.
Conduct initial communication with interested applicants.
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate appointments.
Maintain organized records of candidate interactions using company systems.
Support onboarding coordination for qualified candidates.
Collaborate with leadership regarding recruiting activity and pipeline progress.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable using video conferencing, email, and online communication platforms.
Previous experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, human resources, or administration is preferred but not required.
Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in their country of residence.

Compensation

This is a performance-based Independent Contractor (1099) position. Compensation is discussed during the interview process and is based on successful recruiting outcomes.
