Job Summary :

The Project Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support specifically for project teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations. This role is responsible for managing project-related communications, preparing and organizing documents, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall coordination and administrative needs of the project.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Location: Fairfield, TX

Essential Duties:

Perform general office support duties, including maintaining files, processing invoices, and managing office supplies.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.
Prepare and format routine correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain organized records, contact lists, and filing systems.
Coordinate mail distribution and arrange courier/express services as needed.
Support meeting coordination, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks for the team.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
0–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

Office-based, collaborative work setting
