Full Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LBS Required)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Available
Employment Type: W2 Employee of Talera
Service Environment: Center-Based ABA Services

Talera is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a well-established nonprofit behavioral health and autism services organization serving children and families throughout the Pittsburgh area.

Our client has served the Western Pennsylvania community for more than 65 years and is known for providing individualized, family-centered behavioral health, autism, and community-based services. In this role, you will work within a collaborative clinical environment to assess client needs, develop treatment plans, supervise clinical staff, and partner with families to support meaningful progress. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys mentoring others, working as part of a multidisciplinary team, and making a lasting impact on the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Design and oversee ABA programming using evidence-based practices
Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment recommendations
Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), RBTs, and other direct-service staff
Provide parent and caregiver training
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
Facilitate team meetings and support continuity of care
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and applicable regulations
Support children in developing communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skills
Provide oversight for both individual and group-based ABA services as needed [linkedin.com], [career.com], [theladders.com]

Required Qualifications

Active BCBA certification
Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans
Experience supervising clinical staff

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Previous center-based ABA experience
Experience providing parent training and staff mentorship
Knowledge of Pennsylvania IBHS regulations
