Our *Lockport* clinic is currently seeking PT coverage for:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings
Tuesday and Thursday evenings (until 7:30 PM)

Qualifications:

Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
2-3 years of outpatient experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, highly preferred

Pay Range: USD $40.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.
