Job Overview
As a Stepdown RN, you’ll care for high‑acuity patients transitioning from ICU‑level care. You’ll use your critical thinking and advanced assessment skills to support patients with complex needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring cardiac/telemetry patients
- Managing drips and advanced assessments
- Communicating changes in patient status
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Supporting safe transitions of care

Requirements
- Active RN license (OH or compact)
- 1+ year recent Stepdown / PCU experience
- BLS and ACLS
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
