Position Overview
The Account Executive (AE) at TXi Studios serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring seamless communication, strategic alignment, and exceptional delivery of all projects. This role requires a strong blend of client management, web and digital understanding, design literacy, and project coordination.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, creative-minded, and capable of managing multiple campaigns, digital builds, and design deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and consistent communication.
- Develop a deep understanding of client goals, brand voice, and success metrics.
- Manage client expectations, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a high level of professionalism.
Project & Production Management
- Coordinate the planning and execution of design, web, digital, and media projects from concept to completion.
- Build project timelines, track progress, and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
- Assist with creative briefs, scope of work documents, estimations, and production planning.
- Facilitate internal team collaboration across web, design, video, and strategy departments.
Web & Digital Capabilities
- Support website build projects, including content coordination, site maps, QA, and client feedback rounds.
- Understand the fundamentals of CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.).
- Review web designs, layouts, and UX components to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Coordinate with developers and designers to deliver high-performing digital products.
Design & Creative Oversight
- Review design drafts and creative assets for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Provide strategic input on creative direction aligned with client objectives.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure proper application across all deliverables.
Reporting & Strategic Support
- Prepare performance summaries, reports, and presentations for client meetings.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upsells, and expanded digital initiatives.
- Participate in creative planning, pitches, and strategic discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, project management, or creative agency environment.
- Strong understanding of website development workflows and design processes.
- Proficiency reviewing or coordinating design assets (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma experience a plus).
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content creation is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
