Location: Las Vegas, NV (Near UNLV)
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Hybrid (Clinic, In-Home, Community)

Position Overview

Spectrum Squad ABA is seeking a dynamic BCBA / LBA who is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and real-time problem solving. This role is open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced clinicians who are excited to help build a company from the ground up.

The ideal candidate understands that we are a brand-new organization in growth mode. Our systems are evolving, our processes are being built in real time, and flexibility is essential. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment .....not someone who requires the rigid structure, bureaucracy, or corporate formality of a large, established organization. We are a chill company, in a lot of ways!

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Oversight

Provide direct clinical supervision to RBTs ensuring fidelity to treatment plans, ethical practice, and measurable outcomes.
Maintain a caseload of at least 30 billable hours per week anything more than this will be at a tiered bonus rate.
Conduct assessments, analyze data, and implement ongoing treatment modifications.

Training & Staff Development

Lead hands-on training and mentorship for RBTs with a focus on skill mastery, confidence building, and leadership growth.
Support onboarding, professional development, and team cohesion.

Collaboration & Culture Building

Partner closely with the Program Director to refine workflows, troubleshoot systems, and remove barriers to care.
Participate in shaping company culture, internal systems, and growth strategies.
Foster an environment where open communication and solution-focused thinking are the norm.

Innovation & Expansion

Help design and improve service delivery models, parent education initiatives, and internal operational systems.
Contribute to new program development as Spectrum Squad continues to expand.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure all services meet Nevada state regulations, payer requirements, and BACB standards while balancing the realities of a start-up environment.

Qualifications

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Nevada
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Open to new graduates and seasoned clinicians
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Comfortable working in a start-up environment with evolving systems
You MUST understand we are a new company and we operate as such meaning there can be a lot of change
Strong communicator who speaks up when improvements are needed in real-time
Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset aligned with Spectrum Squad’s mission
