Verdure Kitchen & Cocktails is a refined fine-dining restaurant in Midtown Atlanta, just steps from Piedmont Park. Known for its thoughtfully curated dishes and handcrafted cocktails, Verdure offers a luxurious garden-inspired setting. The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining the pace and organization of our kitchen while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently and thoroughly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area throughout service
Assist with trash removal, recycling, and kitchen sanitation duties
Support kitchen staff with light prep work and stocking as needed
Sweep, mop, and maintain clean floors and workstations
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly stored and organized
Work collaboratively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
