Movement Physio and Wellness is a boutique, holistic pelvic health physical therapy clinic in Arvada, CO supporting people struggling with pelvic floor conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, pregnancy and postpartum, and perimenopause issues. We are a fully cash-pay practice with 60 minute treatments 1:1 with the patient without techs or aids. We love supporting people recovering from embarrassing issues and finally getting their lives back. It's the best physical therapy field in our opinion!

We are an established pelvic health speciality practice and built this space with intention to create a relaxing workspace that doesn't feel like a boring PT clinic. We have spa-like private treatment rooms, Pilates reformer, a squat rack, weights, and plenty of space to provide movement based care. Job Duties

Here at Movement Physio and Wellness we are looking for a full-time Pelvic Health PT to join our small, passionate team with 3 other pelvic floor therapists and 2 admins. You'll evaluate and treat adult patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, orthopedic pain, and spine and hip conditions — using a whole-body assessment. We want someone who is creative, an excellent communicator, and willing to look outside the pelvic floor for potential root causes. We believe doing internal work is necessary to get a true assessment of the pelvic floor, and we also believe being a successful pelvic floor therapist is way more than prescribing Kegels and pelvic floor stretches. You must take a full body assessment of all the systems: musculoskeletal, neurological, visceral, and somatic, to be an excellent pelvic PT at our clinic!

Your day-to-day will include:

60-minute, one-on-one sessions with every patient, 7-8 patients a day max.
Treating a rich mix of pelvic health (leakage, pelvic pain, prenatal/postpartum, perimenopause, male pelvic health) and orthopedic conditions
Integrating manual therapy, internal work, visceral mobilization, Pilates, strength training, and patient education into your treatment plans
Dry needling is a significant plus — experience preferred, or willingness to get certified soon
Communicating with patients their plan of care and expectations for how they will progress thru pelvic floor therapy
Collaborating with a tight-knit team that takes the work seriously and has fun doing it
Participating in mentorship and staff training to always provide the latest evidence based practice.
Quarterly off-site retreats to get out of the clinic and bond

You Don't Have to Be a Pelvic Health Expert — Yet

New to pelvic floor PT? Ortho or sports background looking to make the switch? That's exactly who this role is built for. We offer a structured 3-month onboarding mentorship, monthly 1-on-1 sessions with Dr. Andrea Nied with 15 years of PT experience, and weekly team mentorship built into your schedule. We invest in the right person, not just the right résumé. Personality is important to us. We also find our therapists thrive here who have been PTs in an insurance based practice and are sick of seeing 18-20 patients a day.

What We're Looking For

Licensed PT (or eligibility pending) in Colorado
1–3 years of clinical experience; pelvic health coursework with at least a PF Level 1 Course taken or scheduled to take
Dry needling certification preferred or willingness to pursue it
Strong communication skills and a talent for building patient relationships
A collaborative spirit and good energy — clinic culture matters to us!
