What You'll Do

Build genuine relationships with patients and families
Create a warm, welcoming, high-end experience from start to finish
Help patients select frames that fit their lifestyle, personality, and needs
Educate patients on lens options and technology in a clear, confident way
Deliver a concierge-level service experience that earns long-term trust
Style and merchandise our optical showroom
Ensure every patient interaction feels organized, thoughtful, and personalized
Coordinate orders and maintain accuracy with patient information
Become knowledgeable in premium eyewear brands, lens technology, and optical styling

Education & Experience

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience working with affluent or high-expectation clientele preferred
Optical or eyewear experience is a plus, but not required
