ABOUT US:
We're a small artist-owned e-commerce company run by two introvert misfits who hated working for other people enough to start our own business, all in service of the pipe dream that one day we could be left the hell alone all day, every day to make hilarious products & content about existentialism, mental health, witchcraft, and cats. We love our customers, but we also want to ship them their orders quickly and correctly because again, we want to be left the hell alone all day to make those fun products and funny videos.

Type-A personalities welcome! You will be our last line of defense in making sure orders ship free of errors and that customers are responded to with clarity, so attention to detail is important.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ALL DAY?
Shipping Duties and Responsibilities
- Import orders from our website and print barcode stickers for items to be printed, packed, and shipped
- Quality check every printed shirt alongside the shipping team to make sure the print alignment is right, it’s on the right color shirt, there are no printing issues or defects like holes, stains, etc., and that it passes all of our standards
- Fold shirts, bin items, and pack orders with speed and accuracy
- Organize overstock items
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory data is accurate
- Help receive in-bound shipments from suppliers
- Prep out-bound shipments to retail (read: website) customers
- Prep out-bound shipments to wholesale customers
Customer Service Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide awesome customer service, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the company’s procedures and policies
- Respond rapidly and thoroughly to any customer inquiries (we reply to all CS inquiries within 1 business day or less)
- Follow through to ensure any customer requests to modify their order are implemented correctly prior to processing & fulfillment
- Process returned items or packages that have been sent back to our office
- Process exchange requests
- Research our supplier catalogs to provide suitable recommendations in response to custom order requests
KEY TRAITS WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN SUITABLE CANDIDATES:
-Focus, the ability to stay on task without needing to be prodded, and razor-sharp attention to detail.
-Punctuality & reliability
-Strong visual acuity: being able to easily tell different shirt styles apart, differentiate between different colors (navy, royal, teal, and turquoise are all blues, but they’re very different), and recognizing subtle differences in similar-looking designs.
-Strong spatial relations skills: being able to find the center of something or tell if something is visually “off” by look and/or feel.
-Ability tocommit core procedures to memory. We'll provide copious amounts of training to start, but the right candidate for this position should be more or less autonomous and able to work without close supervision after a 1-2 months on the job. Previous shipping and customer service experience is a plus, but not required for this job.
-Stamina. This job isrelatively active and is mostly done on one's feet. You don't need to be an Olympic-level athlete, but if you're very easily winded or otherwise physically exhausted by minimal exertion, this isn't the job for you.
