For over 30 years, Randall J. Borden has been one of Northern Virginia's most trusted family law advocates — a determined litigator in the courtroom and a steadfast counselor to clients navigating life's most difficult moments.
Now, as Borden Family Law Group enters its most ambitious growth phase, we are extending our practice to an elite litigator who is ready to do the most meaningful work of their career.
This is not a typical lateral move. It is an invitation to step into a role with real autonomy, real cases, real clients — and real compensation that reflects the caliber of the work.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Built for the Litigator Who Wants More
We are seeking a Virginia-licensed family law attorney with 7–10 years of litigation experience to join our growing team as a senior litigator. From day one, you will carry an active, independent caseload across the full spectrum of domestic relations matters — from high-conflict custody battles to complex equitable distribution of significant marital estates.
If you have been under-supported at your current firm, capped in your compensation, or simply ready for a practice that matches your ambition and skill, this is the role that changes that.
