OnTrac is hiring 8 Fleet Traffic Control Specialists (REMOTE)!

Location:
REMOTE

Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this position is $15.39 to 23.08 per hour.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job related factors.

Shifts / Schedules:
(1) Sunday through Thursday – 4:00am to 12:30pm
(2) Tuesday through Saturday – 7:00am to 3:30pm
(3) Sunday through Wednesday – 11:30am to 8:00pm
(4) Thursday through Monday – FLEX (TBD)
(5) Sunday through Thursday – 8:00pm to 4:30am
(6) Tuesday through Saturday – 5:00pm to 1:30am
(7) Saturday through Wednesday – FLEX (TBD)
(8) Thursday through Monday – Midnight to 8:30am

Hours subject to change depending on business needs

Two (2) weeks paid pregnancy disability leave, four (4) weeks paid parental bonding leave, subject to eligibility requirements.

The Must-Haves:

Minimum of two (2) years administrative or clerical experience, Fleet experience preferred.
High School Diploma is required.

Your Mission in Motion:
A summary of the key responsibilities for this role is outlined below. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business and operational needs.

Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program
Consistent and effective follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues
The daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department
Field telephone calls, file, and data entry
Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet

You are proficient in math and can add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
You are able to apply strict confidentiality rules to daily workload.
You provide feedback to facility GM’s and Fleet department regarding invoices, maintenance, and compliance issues.
You focus on providing excellent Customer Service to Internal and External Customers.
You are proficient in Windows applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
You demonstrate excellent fast and accurate data entry skills.

*Washington state employees are eligible for up to 56 hours of paid sick leave annually.
The hourly rate range above represents the national range for this position. The hourly rate range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base hourly rate offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations.
Compensation decisions are made based on the specific circumstances of each hire to ensure fair and competitive pay.
