Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Leave Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month contract in Folsom, NJ. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the office, with an expected schedule of approximately 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
The Leave Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the administration of employee leave programs. This is an HR data entry and leave administration support role.

Experience Required: 1–3 years
Interview Process: 2 rounds (vis MS teams)
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, leave administration and high-volume data entry.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Time Off and Leave modules.
- Experience processing employee leave and absence-related transactions.
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining quality standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a Third-Party Leave Administrator (TPA).
Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and employer-sponsored leave programs.
Experience supporting both continuous and intermittent leave administration.
