Position Summary
The Paint Production Manager leads the day-to-day operation of our paint and coating manufacturing line — batch mixing, filtration, transfer, filling, packaging, and on-time shipment. This is a working manager role: you set the production schedule, supervise mixers and packaging technicians, hold the line to batch formulas and fill-weight specifications, and partner directly with purchasing, shipping, R&D / formulation, and customers to keep quality and output on plan. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running a paint or coating production line, knows industrial mixing and filling equipment cold, and can translate customer specifications into a clean, repeatable, audit-ready process. Minimum 5 years of direct paint and coating manufacturing experience is required.
