Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Commercial Salesperson, where you will drive growth by connecting with business clients and high-end customers to showcase our premium vehicle inventory. This energetic role offers the opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, negotiation skills, and passion for automobiles to build lasting relationships and expand our market presence. You will be the face of our dealership’s commercial sales division, delivering exceptional customer service and expert guidance throughout the sales process. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a robust B2B sales pipeline by identifying new commercial clients and nurturing existing relationships through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits
Conduct engaging presentations and public speaking sessions to showcase vehicle features, financing options, and tailored solutions for business clients
Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while upholding dealership policies and profitability goals
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress, ensuring organized sales support and accurate record keeping
Upsell additional products or services such as extended warranties, maintenance packages, or accessories to maximize revenue opportunities
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns aimed at high-end clients and corporate accountsRequirements
Must have previous commercial sales experience building and upfitting trucks

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automobile sales within a dealership or retail environment
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline through cold calling and outbound sales strategies
Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Experience in high-end or luxury vehicle sales is preferred but not mandatory
Bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging a broader range of customers
