Window Depot USA of Youngstown & Home Team is one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the region, and we're looking for an exceptional Director of Marketing to lead our next phase of growth. This isn't a traditional marketing role.

We're searching for a strategic leader who understands how every marketing channel works together to create a predictable pipeline of qualified homeowners. You'll oversee digital marketing, traditional advertising, community outreach, face-to-face marketing, lead generation, and our call center while building a world-class customer acquisition system.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has 5+ years of marketing leadership experience.

Can lead both creative and analytical initiatives.
Is passionate about coaching and developing people.
Makes decisions based on data.

Is highly organized and execution-focused.
