Full Job Description

Epec, LLC is a 70+ year leader in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards, cable assemblies, and more. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Bedford, MA.

Position Overview

This role is a key part of our Customer Service Team, reporting to the Customer Operations Manager. The Customer Service Representative will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, supporting both internal teams and external customers while helping drive Epec’s overall business strategy.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, values accuracy and responsiveness, and enjoys building strong relationships. This role directly supports our Business Development Sales Managers in B2B sales efforts, contributing to revenue growth and strengthening our position as a trusted strategic supplier.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate service
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Process sales orders, acknowledgments, tracking, and invoicing within CRM and ERP systems
Review and update sales orders to ensure alignment with customer purchase orders and change requests
Create and maintain accurate customer account records
Capture and share customer feedback to improve service and enhance the overall customer experience
Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries
Participate in team meetings to support sales strategies and business goals

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in a similar customer service or sales support role
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams and diverse groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
