Tour Guide – Seasonal & Year-Round Opportunities Available

Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Pay: $23–$25/hour + tips | Day Tours Only

About the Role

We offer small group, high-quality day tours from Anchorage to breathtaking places like:

Seward + Turnagain Arm
Mat-Su Glacier
Hatcher Pass and beyond

As a Tour Guide, you’ll be the face of Alaska for our guests—sharing local insights, guiding them safely, and creating unforgettable experiences along the way. We provide training, but a love for storytelling, nature, and people is a must.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading scenic, fun, and informative day tours
Sharing local knowledge about Alaska’s land, culture, and wildlife (we’ll help you learn!)
Managing the safety, comfort, and experience of guests during their tour
Communicating clearly and warmly with guests from all over the world
Staying on schedule, while being flexible to make each trip special
Providing top-tier service that earns us 5-star reviews
Option to help with special group tours and events

What We’re Looking For

Great communication and people skills—enthusiasm is key!
Love for Alaska and a desire to share it with others
Public speaking or storytelling ability
Excellent time management and reliability
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
Leadership skills and calm under pressure
Prior guiding experience is a plus—but not required
