Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks.

Duties

Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Load and unload products at various locations, ensuring that items are handled with care.
Follow designated routes for timely deliveries and pickups, utilizing effective route planning skills.
Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients and recipients.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient loading and unloading tasks.
Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as required by company policies.
Assist in warehouse duties when not on the road, including inventory management and organization.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, including familiarity with loading/unloading processes.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record: Minimum 3 years driving history
Ability to lift heavy items regularly throughout the workday.
Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems is essential.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role. Join our team as a Delivery Driver where your skills will contribute to our commitment to quality service!
