Summary

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team at Kiddsmiles. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission to provide outstanding pediatric dental care.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and their families warmly upon arrival.
Manage phone systems to schedule appointments and handle inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records and health information management.
Assist with insurance verification and processing payments.
Utilize Dentrix for patient management and documentation.
Provide excellent patient service by addressing concerns and questions promptly.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.

Requirements

Previous experience as a dental receptionist .
Familiarity with Dentrix software .
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of dental insurance.
Must be able to arrive to work daily and on time.
