Full Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Payroll Specialist (Part Time). As the Payroll Specialist, you will handle the bi-weekly payroll preparation and processing, maintain the time tracking records, be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate payroll records, and assisting with benefit enrollments. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining positive relationships with employees of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Manage employee data for payroll processing
- Prepare and execute all phases relating to payroll processing, generating reports, and post-payroll recordkeeping
- Monitor time tracking for all hourly employees
- Communicate closely with employees and Logistics dept to accurately record time off requests

- Assist with managing the enrollment and removal of employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Prior payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) or related software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, a must
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with ADP Run payroll, a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
