Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact between Airworx and its customers, ensuring timely communication, accurate updates, and exceptional service throughout the aircraft engine repair and overhaul process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Create and maintain work orders within the company management system.
Provide customers with repair status updates and estimated completion dates.
Coordinate communication between customers and production departments.
Prepare and send quotations, estimates, invoices, and work authorizations.
Schedule incoming engine and component shipments.
Verify customer information and documentation accuracy.
Maintain organized customer records and job files.
Notify customers of additional repair findings requiring approval.
Coordinate outbound shipments with Shipping & Receiving.
Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with warranty claims and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of customer service or administrative experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to learn Quantum ERP/work order software.
Professional telephone etiquette.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in aviation maintenance or an FAA Part 145 repair station is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
Ability to use office equipment including computers, telephones, and printers.

Performance Expectations

Respond to customer inquiries within one business day.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Deliver professional communication.
Support customer satisfaction and interdepartmental coordination.

Work Schedule

Monday through Thursday
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4-day, 10-hour work week)
