About Us
At Hyatt Place Casper, our team is the heart of our success. We’re dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where employees are supported and guests enjoy memorable stays. We are currently looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team as the first point of contact for our guests.

Position Summary
As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you will manage all aspects of guest accommodation — from check-in and reservations to handling inquiries and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. If you have a knack for customer service and experience in the hospitality industry, we’d love to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help create a pleasant, professional, and memorable stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
Manage online and phone reservations.
Perform End-of-Day procedures.
Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data.
Register guests by collecting necessary information (contact details, dates of stay, etc.).
Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for guests.
Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP guests and event attendees.
Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate.

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
Detail-oriented and professional in guest interactions.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
