A fast-growing exterior restoration company is expanding its sales team and looking for top-performing Canvassers ready to build a high-income career with a company that rewards performance and promotes from within.

We are hiring motivated professionals for a premier opportunity offering a $90,000 base with on-target earnings of $150,000+. Backed by industry-leading training, strong leadership, and a proven sales process, you'll have everything you need to build a successful six-figure career.

What You'll Be Doing

Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers and generate interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
Perform roof inspections and assess property conditions to support recommendations
Present and sell restoration services including roofing, siding, and related exterior work
Track daily activity, leads, and sales performance to consistently improve close rates
Work independently while managing time, routes, and follow-ups effectively

What You'll Need

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to obtain a solicitation permit (if required locally)
Comfortable with physical activity including walking neighborhoods and climbing ladders
Willing to travel locally to assigned neighborhoods and office locations as needed
Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude
Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
