Full Job Description

Join one of the fastest-growing home inspection companies in Georgia. We are looking for ASHI or InterNACHI Certified inspectors who have a thirst for knowledge and are looking to be at the front line of a team that is changing an industry.

This role requires an individual who demonstrates a high level of integrity, attention to detail, excellent verbal and writing skills, as well as the physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., and crawl through crawlspaces. We use highly customized software that minimizes time spent on report writing so you can have evenings with your friends/family!

This role requires an individual who demonstrates a high level of integrity, attention to detail, excellent verbal and writing skills, as well as the physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., crawl through crawlspaces, and work outside year-round. We can provide company vehicle, workers' compensation, retirement benefits, supplemental insurance, ongoing training, software, tools, and inspections. We also use highly customized software that minimizes time spent on report writing so you can have evenings with your family!

Schedule

Varies daily based upon inspections (typically 8-hour day)
Inspectors are expected to be available for 1 weekend day per month (2 inspections)

Work Location: In person / Decatur Area

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
