Full Job Description

BANK is a growing, community-focused bank seeking a driven Mortgage Loan Officer to help expand our residential mortgage presence. This role is built for a relationship-focused professional who thrives on growth, local decision-making, and delivers an exceptional borrower experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Originate residential mortgage loans and guide borrowers through the loan process

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors, builders, and referral partners

· Identify borrower needs and recommend appropriate mortgage products

· Manage a loan pipeline to ensure timely applications, approvals, and closings

· Represent BANK at community and industry events

Qualifications

· Experience in residential mortgage origination preferred

· Experience in mortgage underwriting and/or mortgage processing preferred

· Strong sales, relationship-building, and communication skills

· Knowledge of mortgage products and lending guidelines
