Full Job Description

Flynn Life Sciences Group is experiencing a stage on unprecedented growth and is looking to hire people interested in beginning or improving their current career trajectory. This role is for an entry level or junior level sales professional to reintroduce FLSG to the Greater Boston Market. This role is working directly with an executive level Sales Consultant at Flynn in assisting in new client acquisition. This role is similar to that of an apprentice as you will be researching and feeding data and assisting the Sales Consultant with many aspects of the sales process. You will be trained and develop over time to become a high-level Sales Professional in the lucrative Recruitment industry. You will be compensated with a base salary and an industry best commission program.

Core responsibilities:

· Prospecting for new clients in the emerging biotech industry

· Qualifying clients based on staffing and recruitment usage and future need

· Making outbound calls to key clinical personnel and setting meetings

· Reestablishing contact with past clients and requalifying based on current situation

· Set meetings as appropriate with qualified clients with senior leadership

· Meet daily/weekly/monthly KPIs

· Maintaining accurate customer information in CRM system

· Properly house all information to make it readily accessible and understandable for all review

· Required skills:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong listening and comprehension ability

· 0-2 years outbound sales experience

· Highly adaptable and coachable

· Thrive in a fast paced and competitive environment

· Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

· Proficiency in Microsoft

Compensation and Benefits:
