SUMMARY:
Job Options, Inc. is seeking an experienced, responsible, and highly motivated Quality Control Manager for an opening at Ft Eustis. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as advanced computer proficiency. This is a hands-on position responsible for monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements. The Quality Control Manager will conduct and oversee inspections, issue inspection findings, verify that corrective actions are completed, and provide accurate reports to the Assistant Division Manager. The position is also responsible for maintaining quality records, tracking deficiencies, monitoring corrective actions, and ensuring documentation is complete and up to date. The Quality Control Manager will work closely with the Quality Assurance Department and the Project Manager to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, support compliance initiatives, and maintain high-quality standards throughout contract operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for auditing and conducting Quality Control Inspections at applicable worksites using Smart Facility Software to ensure that contractual obligations are met and Company standards are maintained.

Maintains required tracking records/databases, including all quality issues and/or deficiencies. Meets with the Management team weekly to discuss and decide on corrective action.

Responsible for ensuring that corrective action is implemented and that positive results are achieved.

Responsible for receiving non-compliant reports/complaints from the Customer and providing a summary of the corrective action taken to the Management Team for review and comment.

Responsible for communicating changes/information regarding Smart Facility Software and/or procedures thru training and/or distributing informational materials. May be asked to provide observations on the effectiveness of current processes.

Maintains effective and open communication with Management Team Members to ensure compliance to Company standards and Contractual obligations.

Maintains up to date / working knowledge of Smart Facility Software, Company standards and contractual requirements.

Responsible for identifying deficiencies. Records and prepares written report of any deficiencies and submits to Management Team weekly. Ensures that appropriate corrective action, required by the Management Team, is implemented in a timely manner.

Prepares daily Fault Reports based on previous day's inspections. Disseminates Fault Reports to appropriate Supervisors/Team Leaders. Ensures that Fault Reports are addressed/corrected and returned in a timely manner.

Prepares monthly Quality Control Reports for the government per contract requirements.

Responsible for maintaining tablets. Ensures that tablets are functional and the Operating System and apps are updated regularly.

Responsible for syncing tablets daily for inspectors.

Ensure all operations align with CIMS standards by maintaining documentation, supporting audits, and monitoring performance to uphold quality, safety, and service consistency.

Conduct, monitor, document, and analyze ATP testing activities to verify cleaning effectiveness, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: High school diploma and 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in relative field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous experience in hospital cleaning. At least 3 years of experience in preparing and enforcing Quality Management System programs on contracts greater than $1M/year. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, in English. Experience using inspection management or quality management software platforms (such as Otuvy, ESCT, CleanTelligent, or similar inspection applications).
SKILLS REQUIRED: Must possess exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal, to ensure the effective delivery of information. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public. Advanced knowledge of MS software, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook and Apple iPads, including the use of mobile applications. Intermediate knowledge of how to use, maintain, and troubleshoot tablets/iPads. Ability to use judgment and problem-solving skills to make decisions and recommendations that assist the Company in meeting its mission. Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy, both orally and in writing, using proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation with all levels of personnel. Ability to pay close attention to detail, ensuring strict accuracy in work. Ability to efficiently manage time and workload, which includes planning, prioritizing, organizing, and following through on a variety of tasks, assignments, projects, and reports and meet deadlines. Ability to fluently read, write and speak English.
