Full Job Description

Descripción del puesto: Buscamos una persona altamente organizada y proactiva para unirse a nuestro equipo como Administrador/a de Escuela de Inglés para Adultos. Como Administrador/a, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en la gestión diaria de nuestra escuela de inglés para adultos. Supervisarás las tareas administrativas, coordinarás los horarios del personal y garantizarás el buen funcionamiento de nuestros programas. El/La candidato/a ideal deberá poseer sólidas habilidades de liderazgo, excelentes habilidades de comunicación y pasión por crear un ambiente de aprendizaje enriquecedor y de apoyo.

Responsabilidades:

Gestionar las operaciones diarias de la escuela de inglés para adultos, incluyendo la programación, el presupuesto y la asignación de recursos.
Supervisar la contratación, la capacitación y la evaluación del desempeño del personal docente y administrativo.
Colaborar con el profesorado en el desarrollo de materiales curriculares, horarios de cursos y métodos de evaluación.
Mantener los registros estudiantiles, incluyendo la matrícula, la asistencia y el progreso académico.
Coordinarse con los equipos de marketing y admisiones para atraer y retener a los estudiantes.
Responder a las consultas de estudiantes potenciales y actuales sobre programas, cuotas y horarios.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones y estándares de acreditación pertinentes.
Promover un ambiente de aprendizaje positivo e inclusivo para los estudiantes adultos.
Abordar y resolver cualquier problema o conflicto que pueda surgir entre el personal o los estudiantes.
Evaluar y mejorar continuamente los procesos administrativos para mejorar la eficiencia y la eficacia.

Requisitos:

Se valorará especialmente la experiencia previa en administración escolar o un puesto similar.
Experiencia en atención al cliente y concertación de citas
Sólidas habilidades organizativas y multitarea.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
Dominio del software y sistemas administrativos.
Familiarización con los principios y las mejores prácticas de la educación para adultos.
Conocimiento de programas de aprendizaje del inglés y desarrollo curricular.
Capacidad para liderar y motivar a un equipo.
Atención al detalle y compromiso con la prestación de servicios de alta calidad a los estudiantes.
Flexibilidad para adaptarse a un entorno educativo dinámico y dinámico.
Se valorará el bilingüismo.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
