Argento Westchester is a premier memory care community in Los Angeles. We aim to promote wellness in our residents, with dignity and respect.

We have an immediate Full Time or Part Time position for a receptionist to become the welcoming face of our community. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, offering exceptional customer service while managing important administrative tasks that help keep our facility running smoothly.

While experience in office tasks is beneficial, we believe that compassion, patience, and a caring attitude are the most important qualities for this role. If you are passionate about helping others and want to contribute to a supportive environment for both residents and staff, we'd love to hear from you!

Job responsibilities may include (not limited to):

Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Maintain organized records and files, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for residents, family visits, and staff meetings.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Support the administrative team as needed to enhance the efficiency of daily operations.

A Qualified Candidate Needs:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Compassion and empathy for residents, particularly those in assisted living or with memory care needs, is essential.

This position requires flexibility and the ability to work weekends.
