We are a premier commercial cleaning company seeking an ambitious part-time Sales Representative to accelerate growth for our commercial cleaning company. In this role, you will lead our sales efforts by identifying new commercial accounts, evaluating prospective client spaces, and securing long-term service contracts.

The ideal candidate possesses a polished, consultative approach to B2B relationship-building and thrives on converting cold outreach into corporate partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

Outbound Prospecting: Executive strategic cold calling campaigns and multi-channel outreach to engage facilities managers, business, and property executives with the goal of scheduling walkthroughs.

Conduct Walkthroughs of Potential Clients’ Facilities: Conduct walkthroughs to assess prospects’ cleaning needs.

Public Procurement Monitoring: Navigate our government database platform to source, track, and identify high-value Request for Proposals (RFPs) for cleaning services.

Proposal Development: Generate professional services proposals using our template and tailoring it to the specific operational insights gathered during walkthroughs and outlined in RFP guidelines.

Pipeline Management: Maintain organized documentation of all prospecting activities, scheduled walkthroughs, proposals submissions, and closing metrics.

This role requires some translatable sales experience, as well as experience using standard computer programs and software.

This role requires in-person work at our office in Manassas, Virginia, as well as conducting walkthroughs located in Northern Virginia, D.C., and Maryland. You must have reliable transportation.

Starting pay is $20/hour.
