For the right candidate, our re-orderable line represents an annuity business opportunity. We purchase thousands of carats of diamonds and jewelry to resell across the U.S., providing a wide range of high-quality products at outstanding value.

Position: Inside Salesperson (Full-Time)

Are you a self-starter who enjoys connecting with people and sharing exceptional products? SimplexDiam is expanding our team and seeking a full-time salesperson to help grow our brand and customer base.

We curate some of the most challenging-to-source jewelry liquidations and offer a wide variety of re-orderable production items—including certified diamonds, studs, bracelets, necklaces, and other staple products—at well below manufacturing price.

This position is specifically for Texas and surrounding states such as Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, (TOLA) etc. or the Midwest including Illinois West to North Dakota, South Dakota & Nebraska. This position requires a minimum of 120 days travel on the road (approximately half the year).

What You’ll Do:

Identify and acquire new customers, including wholesalers and retailers
Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
Represent SimplexDiam at trade shows and industry events
Develop and execute a targeted sales plan
Plan sales routes to maximize efficiency and revenue
Highlight the value proposition of our products
Make regular calls and visits to service customers and prepare for trade shows
Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize sales revenue
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
Manage and track diamonds and jewelry entrusted to your care

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 4 years of sales experience in wholesale jewelry - candidates in related fields or retail sales need not apply
Strong organizational skills for inventory and order management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
